I am regular customer and big fan for the cranberries. Always like the delicious and freshness but this time I gave only 3 stars cos of the horrible delivery!I saw the package outside my house when I open the door at 7.40amQuestion to seller to define ‘refrigerate to maintain freshness’. A) After package is opened or B) after the package leaves seller’s warehouse within how many hours to store in the fridge?I asked this question is if it is B because I worried the item was delivered late at night after 11pm and left outside my house for more than 7 hrs as I saw it on my way to buy breakfast.Encountered a number of time of such late delivered and there is no notification thru sms/whatsapp not even pressing the door bellNever received deliveries before 8am therefore I inclined to think it was a late night delivery.Seller can protect its customers for the products purchased against worst case scenario of item stolen. Buyers are helpless facing such situations.

This batch taste very much different from my last purchase not as tasty. The packaging is also different from the photo attached. Can seller please advise?

À return buyer for the kilo-pack cranberries. The pricing is good & the cranberries aren't too tart nor heavily "greased". 👍🏼
