Q1. I've put items in cart. Later, I tried to order but I couldn't because they say it's sold out. Why is it for?

A. Some of the products have limited stocks and during sales promotion, we might get overwhelming response. However if this situation persist, we will offer similar items with different colour (if available) or similar items with the same value.

Q2. What am I supposed to do if item doesn't arrive?

A. Send us an email if the item doesn't arrive as expected after the time frame. 

Shipping Policy

• Major Shipping company : Qxpress
• Usual Shipping period: 2 to 5 working days depends on location.
• Shipping rate : RM5.60

Refund/Return Policy

• Please refer to our return/refund policay on the product page or contact us and we will reply at the soonest on Qoo10.

• We don't accept the cases below:

  • -  over 7days from receiving item
  • -  if items are open/used or damaged
  • -  sending item without prior contact.
