EX) Q1. I've put items in the cart. Later, I tried to order but I couldn't because they say it's sold out. Why is it for?

A. One of the reasons might be the item was out of stock while you were putting it in the cart. However, feel free to contact us anytime and see if there are anything that we can help with.

EX) Q2. What am I supposed to do if the item doesn't arrive?

A. We suggest you wait a little more even after the delivery said it is completed. Sometimes the system is just a one-step faster than the actual delivery. However, if you never received your order, please contact us to further resolve the problem.
