(1) 指定產區及品種: 因氣候、日曬、土壤等條件,指定 台東、花蓮種植之老竹薑,絕不以其他產區及其他品種來混充。
(2) 產區訪察: 產區固然重要,但薑農的照顧良否,亦為重要。故在竹薑產期前,皆須不定期訪察,以確保品質及供貨量。
(3) 嚴選品質: 本廠一向堅持的信念為 "用高品質的蔬果,才能製造出優質的蔬果乾,並非是把劣質滯銷瑕疵的蔬果,才拿來作蔬果乾"。故我們堅持以台東、花蓮等東部山區所生產且每株竹薑生長期須至少長達一年以上(即可稱為老竹薑),作為標準。
老竹薑含有超乎想像多的「薑辣素」及「薑烯酚」,這是一般竹薑難以相比擬,更是市面銷售之老薑及薑母無法能望其項背的。
◎◎老竹薑的營養價值

嚴選台東、花蓮高山地區,特別採用生長期至少長達一年以上的台灣本土種 ─ 老竹薑(本島薑),取其竹薑特有過人的辣度(薑辣素)、比一般薑種更豐富的纖維質及竹薑特殊的營養成分(薑烯酚、薑醇類、薑辣素等),並以每11斤老竹薑僅能做得出1斤的竹薑片。
使用方式:可以取代原本薑片、薑母及薑粉的使用。

Therefore, we adhere to the standard of bamboo ginger grown in eastern mountainous areas such as Taitung and Hualien, and each bamboo ginger must be grown for at least one year (it can be called old bamboo ginger).
Old bamboo ginger contains more than expected "gingerol" and "gingerol", which is incomparable to ordinary bamboo ginger. Even the old ginger and aged ginger that are sold in the market cannot be matched.

Strictly select the high mountain areas of Taitung and Hualien, and especially use the native Taiwanese species that has a growth period of at least one year-old bamboo ginger (main island ginger), which is more spicy than ordinary ginger. There are more abundant fiber and special nutrients of bamboo ginger (gingerol, gingerol, gingerol, etc.), and only 1 jin of bamboo ginger slices can be made for every 11 jin of old bamboo ginger.
Usage: It can replace the original use of ginger slices, aged ginger and ginger powder.
