How to drink?
How to drink Hand drip coffee
1. Heat wather to 95 degrees
2. Place a paper filter in the dripper.
3. Rinse and wet your filter to get rid of the paper taste.
4. Weigh your coffee 9.5g(for 1 person) and add the coffee to the filter.
5. Pour the woter over the grounds slowly. Start at the center and move out in a widening spiral so as to wet all the grounds evenly.
6. Stop when you've added water to your chosen ratio.
