First, pay attention to the following points when using switching power supply:
1. Select the appropriate product type and form factor based on the method of use or the space reserved for the equipment. Such as straight welding, desktop, machine and substrate.
2. Find the corresponding specifications according to the input voltage and each output voltage and current.
3. Output whether the ground voltage is common ground.
4. When multi-output, determine the main circuit voltage according to the load characteristics (negative, capacitive, inductive) and power variation range. Generally, the main circuit is a large output current and high voltage accuracy.
5. Clear other indicators such as ripple noise, voltage stability, and load stability.
6. According to the temperature, humidity, vibration and other requirements of the actual use environment; choose a product grade with reasonable cost performance.
7. If the model specifications in this manual do not meet your requirements, please submit more detailed technical requirements to meet your actual needs.
Second, pay attention to the following items when using the product:
1. Before using the product, you must first read the product description and instructions for use, see the wiring mark, and confirm that the input voltage matches the value provided by the product. The wiring diagrams have the following meanings:
L: Fire line N: Neutral line COM or -V is the positive pole of the output negative pole +V connected to the output
For a power supply with a large power, the output terminal has a plurality of junction terminals, and the interior of the terminal is connected (equivalent to one power supply), and the load should be evenly connected.
3. When wiring, please cut off the input power.
4. To ensure safe use and reduce interference, ensure that the grounding terminal is reliably grounded. (The grounding wire diameter is larger than AWG18#).
5. When most power supply cabinets are installed for the heat sink, the contact area between the chassis and the chassis should be increased as much as possible to facilitate heat dissipation and extend the life of the power supply.
6. Check the installation screw power board device for contact, measure the insulation resistance of the case and input and output to avoid electric shock.
7. Before installing the power supply, check the wiring on each terminal again to confirm that the input and output, AC and DC, single-phase and multi-phase, positive and negative, voltage and current values are correct. Eliminate the occurrence of reversal and misconnection.
8. The current value measured by the ammeter is the average current value. It is best to use the oscilloscope to add a precision resistor (select wattage) to measure the peak current. The peak current measured is preferably not overloaded.
9. The multi-output power supply is divided into main and auxiliary outputs. The main output characteristic is better than the auxiliary output. In general, the output current is large as the main output. In order to ensure the load regulation rate and output dynamic index, it is generally required to have at least 10% load per channel. If only the auxiliary road is not used, the main road needs to add a dummy load (500mA or more).
10. The output power of the power supply mainly depends on the power device of the original end. In order to meet the requirements of the customer, the manufacturer leaves some margin for each group of power. For example: 50W switching power supply, 5V 5A ±12V 1A. When the user is reduced by ±12V, the 5V current can be increased accordingly. When the maximum output current is 10A and the total power does not exceed 50W, the stability of the power supply is not affected. 11. In the event of a power failure, the company should inform the company in the quickest way, and explain the phenomenon of power supply damage, so that the company can find the cause. The company will repair or replace it depending on the situation.
12. Frequent switching of the power supply will affect its life.

Do not open the case or disassemble the product (do not move the power supply seal), otherwise it may cause electric shock or damage to the product. It is difficult for the company to analyze and judge the cause of the failure, causing losses to both parties.

Frequent customers call to ask us, your power supply shell with a multimeter to measure the voltage is actually more than 100V, the safety voltage should be 36V, which will be dead. This problem has caused some customers to dare not use it, so it is necessary to explain it separately. The filter circuit at the internal inlet of the switching power supply has a capacitor of L.N to ground. When the outer casing is not grounded, the voltage of the outer casing is equal to the partial pressure of the two capacitors in series to 220V, that is, 110V. However, because this capacitance is small, it does not pose a threat to the human body. Therefore, when we use the switching power supply, we should properly ground it to avoid unnecessary trouble and misunderstanding. There are two ways to ground the ground. 1: The outer casing is directly grounded. 2: The grounding symbol on the terminal is properly grounded (shown)
In addition, if the site restrictions are not properly grounded, then the solution is
1: Separate the ground wire from the capacitor or remove the capacitor (the emi will increase)
