Cooking Method:
1. Rinse 2kg of pork spare ribs (cut into small pieces), along with 100gm of garlic.
2. Prepare 2.5L of lukewarm water in a cooking pot, then put in the 2 sachet of bakkutteh spices provided, together with the pork ribs and garlic.
3. Flavour with 2 spoonful of light soya sauce and add in salt, pepper and seasoning to own preference.
4. Cover with lid and cook for 1h 30mins using only low heat. Your authentic bakkutteh will be ready to serve.
