A true nectar. Colour: golden yellow tending on light Aroma: not too intense, it has traces of fruity flavours, light and delicate, and fresh almond and pine nut. Taste: the taste is evidently sweet, round, fluid and with a barely perceptible bitterness. The aftertaste is lovely and kindly delicate, equilibrated and without peaks. Cultivar: 100% taggiasca quality. Acidity: inferior to the 0,5%. Best match: fish preparations, rice dishes, white meats and delicate sauces and pastry. Thanks to its lightly fruity taste and its pronounced sweet feeling, enhance food characteristics without interfering too decisively on the dish taste.
