Deep color, sweetness and aroma derived from rice "Rinkosan" Black Rice Vinegar
"Rinkosan" is the name of the temple Daisenji in Yaizu-cho, Gifu Prefecture, where Uchibori Brewery's head office is located.
The combination of the word "Daigo," meaning incomparable, with the meaning of locally rooted vinegar production, is the reason Uchibori Brewery uses this mountain name.
We brewed this black vinegar by making use of the sweetness of the rice with our unique technology to seal in the rich sweetness and aroma of the rice.
This Black Rice Vinegar is one of our representative products, which can be used for daily cooking, as a garnish for vinegar onions and ginger, or mixed with water or honey for drinking.
