Refund</span></strong><br><strong><span style="font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">4.1 How to be qualified for Refund</span></strong><br>Refund can be requested for items that are defective, out of stock or lost through registered mail/courier.<br><br><strong><span style="font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">4.2 Refund Process</span></strong><br>For all refunds, contact must be made prior for us to assess the situation.<br>After the refund is approved, we will have to make an request to Qoo10 for item refund as money is paid to Qoo10 and not us.<br>Generally this process can take around 1 week excluding the time needed for the money to be credited by the bank into your credit card/account or for Qoo10 to credit the money into your Qaccount.</span></p></div></div></div>
