Refund4.1 How to be qualified for RefundRefund can be requested for items that are defective, out of stock or lost through registered mail/courier.4.2 Refund ProcessFor all refunds, contact must be made prior for us to assess the situation.After the refund is approved, we will have to make an request to Qoo10 for item refund as money is paid to Qoo10 and not us.Generally this process can take around 1 week excluding the time needed for the money to be credited by the bank into your credit card/account or for Qoo10 to credit the money into your Qaccount.
