- Flank steak can also be used as a pan fry / grilling steak if it is well-aged and tenderised or marinated, then cooked medium rare. Ideal for stewing, braising, grilling, or stir-frying. Do slice across the grain.
Cleaning Instructions:
- The meat is processed and packed in a hygienic temperature controlled environment under strict food safety measurements (HACCP and ISO2000 certified). It is not recommended to wash the meat before cooking.
- Remove the excess blood water, if necessary. Wash work surface (including cutting board), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat.
