1.Our TK905 can only work with 2G GSM network. It does not support 3G,4G Or 5G network. If your 3G, 4G SIM Card can also support 2G network, then it is ok. But if your country has closed the 2G network, we suggest you choose our 3G and 4G GPS tracker.
2.If you buy more than one GPS trakcer with TK905, please contact us for an admin account to monitor/manage all your trackers under it.

1. Q: Does TK905 GPS tracker need a SIM card?
A: Yes, think of your tracker as another phone. You insert a SIM card and that phone number is where you send your text messages to. A suitable simcard is a first necessity to make it work.

3.How to set the device connected to the server ?
1), Turn on gprs function by sending command "gprs123456"
2),Set apn by sending command "apn123456 content" , "apnuser123456 content" ,"apnpassword123456 content" , pls note the content come from sim card carrier , there are small blank after 123456 in very command.
4,Why does the device can\'t be on line ?
1) APN setting is wrong
2) GPRS is off ( the green light is off or solid on )
3) IP and port was changed by somebody
5.Why does the device show wrong position when the device is online in platform?
1). No GPS signal ,but the device can get LBS location, should put the device on the window or outside to get GPS signal , the blue light is solid on in this situation, the green light flash
