Q: Are your products authentic?
A: Yes. They are definately authentic. They all come with local distributor stickers. All our products are from local suppliers. We recommend our customers to verify at counters in case of any doubts.
Q: Are your products fresh?
A: We pride ourselves in selling products with latest manufacturing date. We aim to provide the best for our customers.
Q: Why do you sell travel size?
A: There is a growing trend in the usage of travel size products because of its benefits. They are of great value, handy, easy to carry, newer manufacturing dates and of course lesser risk of contamination.
Q: The date stated is manufacturing date or expiry date?
A: It is mostly the manufacturing date. Expiry dates have words "exp" or "best before" before the stamped date.
Q: Do you sell full retail size?
A: Yes! You can find full size products in our other listings and if you cannot find the item you want, please email to mybeautystory@hotmail.sg and we can advise you on your purchase.
Q: Some travel size products are labelled "Sample" or "Not for individual sale". Did you get them for free?
A: Some of the items we sell may be marked Tester, NFIS, Free Sample etc. These items were originally manufactured to be tester units (never used or tested), sold in a set or given as a gift with purchase at the retail level. Cosmetic companies liquidate the overstock of these items to the wholesale market. We purchase these items from the manufacturer, we do not get them free. We find these products to be a great way to sample an item without the cost of buying a full size product and finding out you really don't like it
Q: How long does the delivery take?
A: It takes approxmately 3-5 working days via courier and 2-14 days via singpost normal mail.
Q: Why can't I track my order?
A: Once the item is stated on delivery, it will be at our climate-controlled warehouse waiting for the courier company to collect. Sometimes they might not come immediately after we request for collection. Once they collect, you will be able to track your order.
Q: I have not received my product.
A: Kindly inform us, we will resend. After resending, if you still do not receive, please file for non-claim receipt.
Q: Why is my item still on request?
A: We only confirm the order when we are ready to ship.
