1. Dough

2. To take effect
When the dough is finished, cover with plastic and let it ferment for about 30 minutes.
※ If you use warm water (about 40 ~ 45 ℃) during winter, fermentation will be good.
※ If the dough is fermented too long, the flavor may deteriorate.
3. Create a shape
Divide the fermented dough into 5 chunks. Throw it as thinly as possible (2 ~ 3mm in thickness) as possible and spread evenly over the dough with garlic powder.
4. Burn

Tip. Make Curry
In a small pot, pour 30g of Indian curry and 120ml of water into a small pot, mix well and boil it for about 3 minutes while stirring well until it is thickened in a gas stove.
