Genuinely Faulty Goods will be replaced or money refunded in 30 days return periods. However, we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost back to the buyer.
Defective items will be offered exchange or store credit. Items must be returned within 30 days from the date received order. It takes about to 3 business days to process your return after product received. All inventory clearance sale products are final, no return, exchange or refund.
Although, we pack the item very careful with the high quality packing materials, there is unforeseeable damage due to delivery from the carrier. We DO RESPONSIBLE for delivery damage on the ITEM ITSELF. We do offer exchange for damaged item due to delivery damage.
