INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED
Within 1 day of receiving your item, please send us a photo and a message stating your order number via Qoo10 enquiry and we will process from there.
DEFECTIVE ITEM RECEIVED
We apologise if you have received a defective item. Within 3 days of receiving your order, please send us a photo / video of the defective item via Qoo10 enquiry with your order number and we will advise on the next step.
2 options for the next mode of action:
1) Customers may make an appointment to head to our office for an exchange unless there are other arrangements made by us.
2) Customers may choose to opt for a return for the defective item, and we will check the item upon receiving it. If item is indeed defective, refund will be processed. If item is not defective, customers are required to collect back the item at their own cost, and may be charged additional shipping fee that Qoo10 charges us.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Normal period: Orders will be processed within 2 working days, and delivery will take another 2-3 working days.
Peak period: Orders will be processed within 2 working days, and delivery may take another 3-5 working days.
Delivery is made by Qxpress unless otherwise stated. For peak periods such as CNY, Christmas, Black Friday, 11.11 etc, do expect delays as Qxpress will have a heavier workload too. Please note we are unable to change any shipping address / contact number / accommodate to specific delivery timings as all these requests shall be adhered to by Qxpress.
WRONG ITEM ORDERED/CHANGE OF MIND
1.Please send us a message via Qoo10 enquiry with your order number and reason for exchange/ return. $2 admin fee will be charged for any return/exchange due to change of mind.
2. Return shipping cost will be paid by customer
3. Item must be in brand new, original, unused, sellable condition (i.e outer carton, inner plastic/styrofoam/paper packaging, warranty card, user manual etc must be in brand new condition, unopened and undamaged in any way) If any packaging is damaged/torn in any way, we reserve the right to reject the return.
4. Once we receive the item, we will check its condition. If any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject the return or only approve a partial refund. If return is rejected, customer will need to collect the item from us or pay for delivery again. For partial refunds, the refund amount will be solely decided by us. We reserve the right to make the final decision, no arguments allowed. All refunds will be done via Qoo10, no cash refund.
5. Once customer proceeds to return the item, we will assume that customer has agreed to all our T!#!amp!*!Cs. No discrepencies or arguments will be entertained.
