Term and Condition
We offer 1 to 1 exchange for product with manufacturing defect within 7 days starting from the date you received the item. Please contact our customer service hotline regarding the exchange arrangement. After exceeding 7days, customer needs to bring down the faulty product with valid warranty card or proof of receipt to our service centre for repair.
For store pickup arrangement, you are advice to call us for the stock available before drop by at our office/warehouse for exchange, and the items have to be in original packing with the QOO10 Receipt.
