NOTE: To prevent electrical shock, always off the power on the main switch before using the APPLIANCE.
NOTE: Do not overfill the APPLIANCE above the "MAX” marking. This is to prevent the APPLIANCE from power tripping. The excessive water that enter through the on off switch will trip the power and thus damage the APPLIANCE.
NOTE: To avoid an electrical circuit overload, it is recommended that no other appliances are plugged into the same circuit as your APPLIANCE, when it is in use.
NOTE: Always dry parts especially the metal / Stainless steel parts immediately after using to avoid staining/rusty. You are advice to perform regular maintenance to prolong the lifespan as well as appearance of the APPLIANCE.
How to get rid of stains from AIRPOT INNER POT?
Filling the AIRPOT INNER POT until MAX Llevel with white vinegar and water. Boil and allow to stand over night.
Emptying the solution from the AIRPOT. Fill the AIRPOT INNER POT with clean water, bring to the boil and
discard the water. Repeat and the AIRPOT will be ready for use.
How to remove bad odor from AIRPOT INNER POT?
Certain AIRPOT INNER POT may have the "new smell”. The smell often originates from the plastic or manufacturers residue, which can be oil, glue, silicone or other materials used to manufacture the product. You could try to add a couple of teaspoons of lemon juice (or any citric acid) and salt in the AIRPOT together with water. The salt and citric acid will agitate the scale build up. When the mixture comes to boil swish it around the INNER POT before you discard the mixture. After a quick rinse your AIRPOT INNER POT should hopefully be clean and only have a fresh lemon smell.
Term and Condition
We offer 1 to 1 exchange for product with manufacturing defect within 7 days starting from the date you received the item. Please contact our customer service hotline regarding the exchange arrangement. After exceeding 7days, customer needs to bring down the faulty product with valid warranty card or proof of receipt to our service centre for repair.
For store pickup arrangement, you are advice to call us for the stock available before drop by at our office/warehouse for exchange, and the items have to be in original packing with the QOO10 Receipt.
