TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For all exchange requests due to damaged packaging, customer must send over 1) clear pictures of affected products, 2) pictures of all items received, 3) picture of airway bill (paper pasted on parcel stating recipient name and address).
For all requests due to missing items, customer must send over 1) pictures of all items received, 2) picture of airway bill (paper pasted on parcel stating recipient name and address), 3) internal and external of carton box.
All to be sent within 7 days after order is received.
We reserve the right to reject all requests for returns/exchanges if the above conditions are not met.
